Every tier ships the same audit log, the same human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and the same support ladder — the difference is the headcount cap, the queue priority, and the rollout posture. Starter — $19/worker/mo. One worker on shift, email support, and pause-between-workloads billing. Growth — $79/worker/mo. Up to ten workers on shift, priority support, and the per-tier volume pricing. Scale — custom. Unlimited workers, a dedicated success manager, SSO and SCIM provisioning for the whole org. Where does my data live and who can see it?

Accepted Answer

Every row is scoped to the account that wrote it. The same where: { userId: <account> } filter the audit log and the hire endpoints enforce is your tenant boundary — there is no cross-account query path in the app. Worker outputs are visible only inside your account. Data is retained for the life of the tenant and exportable on offboarding, never piped into model training. The audit log gives you a timestamped, attributable record of every action a worker took — see the audit log in the dashboard once you are signed in, or compare the tier breakdown.

How do I actually hire a worker?

The flow is the same for every worker. Browse the workers catalog and pick the role — HR, accounting, procurement, or legal review. Read the detail page to see the worker’s scope, tools, and the checkpoints it will pause on — the HR Assistant page is a good example. Sign up or log in. The hire page is auth-gated, so create an account first if you haven’t yet. Click Hire this worker to launch the Stripe-hosted checkout — billing runs through the platform’s Stripe Connect account, not a hand-rolled form. On success we verify the session server-side and route you to /hire/{code}/success, where the worker is marked hired and ready for its first workload.

How do I pause or offboard a worker?

Both are one click from My hires in the dashboard. Pause. The worker stops taking new workloads and the per-active-worker billing for the current month ends at the monthly cutoff. Resume later and the worker is exactly where you left it, audit log intact. Offboard. The worker is removed from your account and the underlying Stripe subscription is canceled. The data exported by the worker stays in your audit log until the tenant is closed. Signing in lands you on My hires — create an account first if you do not have one.
